Challenge:
By early 2017, the team at USA PTA recognized the potential of an idea originally conceived by their founder, tax attorney Robert Hill. The tool aimed to “scrape” public databases for commercial property tax information, allowing users to filter and report data effectively. However, they needed a development partner to transform this powerful concept into a professional-looking, intuitive application capable of scaling as their user base grew.
