To earn a Microsoft competency, partners must successfully complete exams to demonstrate their level of expertise, and Gold partners have additional requirements to maintain a Gold-level status. For every Gold partner organization, a certified professional is designated to oversee each Microsoft competency and to ensure staffing capacity relating to that area within the company. As a Gold Partner, we maintain also our status by submitting yearly customer references and success stories, pass periodic technology assessments, and meet an overall revenue commitment.
